CUSTOMER INFO FIRST EDITION OF THE CONTEST « MEILLEURS OUVRIERS DE MAURICE » PREMIÈRE ÉDITION DU CONCOURS « MEILLEURS OUVRIERS DE MAURICE » The first edition of the contest « Meilleurs Ouvriers de Mauricecuisine category » held at Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa, selected Ajnisha Neeloo Ungnoo as winner in the gastronomy section. The jury, which was composed of four members of the kitchen brigade from famous Auberge du Pont à Collonges by Paul Bocuse, flew to our island on this occasion, with Air Mauritius, one of the sponsors of the contest. Out of 52 candidates signed in for the contest, Ajnisha Neeloo Ungnoo presented the best starter and the best dessert and hit the highest score for the theory test. She won a month of training at Bocuse. Her medal was remitted by the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Christophe Muller and Gilles Reinhardt.
