All set to open in what used to bethe Maison Blanche, and already looking like a placeto be, the White 1921 hotel will be utterly chic and of-today, with just eight guestrooms/suites and a lounge bar designed by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, set in a Mediterranean garden. The cellar will be stocked with great champagnes (Krug, Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon) that you can enjoy by the glass, and to heighten the experience some very tempting pairings have been thought up, such as Krug with white-truffle popcorn, Dom Pérignon with mature mimolette cheese, or rosé Veuve Clicquot with soft fruit.
