Un concept créé par ses propriétaires qui mixe espace de culture contemporaine et restaurant, installé sur une plage privée dans la baie de Saint-Tropez. Côté table, le Mirèio, situé dans une rotonde créée dans les années 1910, propose une cuisine provençale authentique, signée par l’un de ses plus fervents défenseurs, Gui Gedda. Thème central de la carte : « lou Gratto-Biasso », un casse-croûte traditionnel à l’origine consommé par les travailleurs des champs. Une offre qui va vite s’imposer comme une alternative locale aux tapas espagnoles, mezzés libanaises et autres kemias nord-africaines, à savourer ensemble… À côté de Mirèio se trouve le Pavillon Ito, une boîte blanche moderniste transformée en une structure géométrique complexe, avec des triangles translucides et des formes trapézoïdales. Un espace de 300 m² qui servira de galerie et d’espace événementiel pour soirées privées, mariages, cocktails, expositions… -/This month Hôtel Beauvallon's new beach club opens, a concept combining contemporary culture with food that's installed on a private beach looking out over Saint-Tropez's bay. Its Mirèio restaurant, housed in a 1910s rotunda, serves authentic Provençal cuisine by one of its most fervent proponents : Gui Gedda. The main theme of his menu is lou Gratto-Biasso, the traditional snacks that workers in the fields used to eat and which are rapidly going to make their mark as a local terroir alternative to Spanish tapas, Lebanese mezze and North African kemia. Order a selection of these little dishes then just dip in ! Alongside Mirèio is Pavillon Ito, a modernist white block transformedinto a complex geometrical structure with translucent triangles and trapezoid shapes ; the 300m² pavilion will be used as a gallery and to host events. Elona Kane est un groupe fondé par des jumeaux auteurs-compositeurs-interprètes, Lionel et Thierry Fornetti, qui depuis sa création a donné plus de 1000 concerts entre Monaco, Londres, New York, Paris et Moscou… A Saint-Tropez, le public l’a découvert au Byblos et au Pan Dei où il s’est produit durant l’été 2008.
