Afin d’assurer le succès de la cave, Martin Wiederkehr, Directeur Général, sait qu’il peut compter sur des collaborateurs compétents et motivés ainsi que sur des vignerons héritiers d’un savoir-faire séculaire. Une grande diversité Grâce à une politique de diversification de l‘encépagement, La Cave de Genève propose aujourd’hui une palette de vins issus de 18 cépages différents. Afin d’exprimer cette diversité, la cave offre à sa clientèle deux gammes de vins gastronomiques célébrant la Genève historique et les personnalités de Genève qui ont marqué la mémoire de la cité. C’est ainsi le caractère séduisant et affirmé de chaque vin qui rend hommage à Dunant, Ansermet, Rousseau entre autres. CEO Martin Wiederkehr has worked to ensure the cellar’s success by collaborating closely with a skilled, motivated team, and wine-makers drawing on centuries of family tradition.
