Christine Delarze s’occupe des 3.2 hectares de vignes entendues sur les appellations Aigle et Yvorne et sa fille Stéphanie gère la Cave. Recherchant la subtilité, la jeune œnologue élabore des vins « tout en finesse » en procédant pour le pressurage et l’extraction avec légèreté. De ce fait, elle obtient des vins délicats, comme le Syrah Cabert franc ou l’Yvorne, deux vins dignes de la gastronomie. Since 1994, the Domaine familial de La Baudelière in Aigle has been an all-woman business run by a mother-and-daughter team.Christine Delarze takes care of the 3.2 hectares of vines extending across the Aigle and Yvorne appellations, while her daughter Stéphanie runs the cellar operation. In a quest for subtlety, this young winemaker develops ‘delicate’wines using a light touch in the pressing and extraction processes.
