Aujourd’hui, le Château a été revendu, mais ses vignes sont toujours exploitées par les Rolaz et le Domaine n’a cessé de s’agrandir grâce à l’acquisition de nouvelles terres. Afin d’améliorer son efficacité et sa performance, mais surtout d’être automne, le Domaine installe son propre pressoir en 1989. Aujourd’hui, Chantegrive produit des vins harmonieux et délicats comme le Chasselas Ambitus AOC La Côte 2009, au nez fruité et floral. Owners of the Domaine de Chantegrive since the early 19th century, the Rolaz family acquired the Château de St-Vincent and its vineyards in 1934, to extend the family estate. Today, the château has been sold, but the vineyards are still cultivated by the Rolaz family, and the estate has continued to grow with the acquisition of new plots. The estate installed its own winepressin 1989, to enhance efficiency and performance, and become an autonomous producer in its own right. Today, Chantegrive produces balanced, delicate wines like the Chasselas Ambitus AOC La Côte 2009, with a pleasing, fruity and floral nose.
