Action Innocence qui lutte pour préserver la dignité et l’intégrité des enfants sur Internet me tient particulièrement à cœur puisque je suis la Présidente-Fondatrice et que j’ai été le témoin de choses inqualifiables, c’est ce qui m’a donné la « niaque » et m’a permis de créer cette Association. N’avez-vous pas de moments de découragement, vous sentez-vous parfois le cœur gros ? Quel est l’antidote ? Bien sûr que le découragement est parfois de mise, compte tenu de l’immensité du problème et que, parfois, les choses n’avancent pas assez vite. L’antidote pour moi, c’est de voir les résultats obtenus, les projets réalisés grâce à une équipe très compétente, et le fait d’avoir des proches qui soutiennent mon action ; c’est aussi la foi en des jours meilleurs. Vous sentez-vous soutenue, et par les autorités et par le « public » suisse ? Ont-il du cœur ? Oui, le public « suisse » a du coeur, les consciences se sont éveillées et les choses bougent. Au niveau des autorités, peu à peu, elles s’impliquent à nos côtes et nous soutiennent, mais je pense qu’elles pourraient faire un peu plus au niveau financier, étant donné que l’argent est le « nerf de la guerre ». Quelle est l’actualité de votre association en 2010, son calendrier du cœur ? Mon calendrier du cœur est le lancement de notre jeu en ligne « netcity » qui a eu lieu fin janvier, dont l’objectif est d’apprendre aux enfants à se préserver des dangers liés à Internet. Et pour finir: votre tribune libre, votre cri du cœur ? Sauvons Haïti, pays à genou qui en 60 secondes a perdu le peu qui lui restait, son seul exutoire : une foi et une croyance à toute épreuve. Cette terrible catastrophe engendrera peut-être le bonheur de demain. Action Innocence, which works to protect the dignity and innocence of children on the Internet, is a cause that's especially close to my heart - because I am its president and founder, and because I have seen some truly abject things which fuelled my anger and determination, giving me the strength to create the association. Do you ever feel discouraged, with a heavy heart ? What's your antidote ? Of course, I sometimes feel overwhelmedor discouraged, given the immensity of the problem and because things don't always move as fast as we would like. For me, the antidote is to focus on what we have achieved so far, the projects we have put in place thanks to a highly competent team, and the strong support for what I do from the people closest to me. It's also important to keep faith that things will improve over time. Do you feel supported by the Swiss public and authorities ? Are they big-hearted ? Yes, the "Swiss" public has a big heart, there is a growing awareness of our cause, and things are starting to move. With regard to the authorities – little by little, they are getting involved in what we do. But I think they could do more in financial terms, because money is what keeps our "war machine" going. Tellus about your association's latest news, its "calendar of the heart" for 2010 ? The date closest to my heart at the moment is the launch of our online game "Netcity", at the end of January. The aim is to teach children how to stay safe and keep out of danger on the Internet. And finally: your heart-felt wish ? We must act now to save Haïti, a country brought to its knees in just 60 seconds, losing what little it had left. My only comfort: my strong faith, a constant in the face of any adversity.
